About the Role:

Join our international team of cycling enthusiasts. As a Sales Representative, you will focus mainly on winning new customers while also taking care of essential administrative tasks that keep everything running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:  

- Proactively sell and maintain relationships with new and existing customers within clubs and businesses. 
- Take ownership of the sales budget and targets.  
- Identify and approach new potential customers.  
- Help develop and implement sales strategies for Kalas in the Netherlands.  
- Organize and conduct customer meetings and events.  

What We’re Looking For:  

- A genuine passion for cycling and sports.  
- Previous sales experience (B2B preferred but not required).  
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in closing deals. 
- Go-getter attitude. Proactive. Customer oriented.
- Existing experience in sales within cycling community is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
- General IT proficiency. CRM experience is a plus.
- a Partner for long term cooperation.
